Make sure your DTS package is using Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL as the datasource. If you are using ODBC, then make sure that you have the latest MDAC (7 I think).
Right click on the package and do schedule package. This will add the job to the sql agent. You can then go to the step in that job, and copy the DTS command.
