    this never happend until the IP office was connected to the customer network, My feeling is that the customer network is at fault and this ties in well with the SNMP Polling sugestion (Thanks Matt) not very familiar with SNMP but i will try and find out.

    Help with 96 Series phones

    just got an ip9760g for an ipo 8.1(43) it regsters but does not work ( no dial tone, nothing on screen ) and the system monitor tells comes up as unsupported classmark. I have been told this model only works with Avaya Aura is this correct as on the Avaya website it clearly says 9600 series...

    THANKS FOR CONFIRMING MY THOUGHTS. so if i decide to upgrade an excisting system from V7 TO V8.1(43) I will need to have an essential licence for the phones to work unless ofcourse i change the mode to Basic thanks

    Just Got a New Avaya ip office with v R8 When i upgrade to 8.1(43) the phones come up with no licence. Mode: set to IP OFFICE is this because you need to purchase licences on that Version ??? anyone ????

    1403/1416 waiting Firmware Update ,,, not working

    i have cleared the issue with the 1403 sets, however the 1416 sets (not all as some have worked) try to get the firmware and halfway through they come on screen with No application firmware FWIMAGE INVALID Any Ideas ?????????
