That makes sense. You're right, most calls would be transferred and only a few would need to be paged. I am curious though as to how you would use a short code to park a call.
When do you put in the short code to park them? This is for people who work out in the shop and don't have assigned phones/vm or people who are far away from their desk and need urgent calls from any phone.
