No Hunt Group

Whenever I add a new user there are no hunt groups listed to add the user to. Need help quick.
 
take the time to describe your hardware and firmware release and the exact steps you take to create the user

 
Using an IP500 V2 7.0(31)

I right click user and click New. Even if I copy/paste a user that has hunt groups, they disappear.
 
Yes, that doesn't help.
Some possibly helpful info... Originally I deleted all the users that were in there except one. I used that one as a template and copied and pasted, just changing the users name and extension. I assumed that the hunt groups would have also remained unchanged, but they just disappeared.

Since a new user has never been a member of a group and all users must have unique names and numbers then you have experienced what is normal.

A group membership does not paste on a copy.

 
So how do I get the groups back in there? No groups show up under the hunt group tab on the user settings and the new users don't show up in the group options either.
 
So far I've only merged changes, no reboots since adding the users.
 
Have you tried to add the new users to the group? If you did then you would have noticed that you can see in the users huntgroup tab the group(s) of which this user is a member of.
Sounds you need to learn a lot about IP Office.....

Yeah that is probably right. Now that I have a second read.

You do have to ADD members to the group.
Are you saying that you have selected ADD in the HG and do not see the new users for selection?

 
Wow, I feel like an idiot now. You're right, I do have a lot to learn about this. As embarrassing as it is to admit, I didn't even notice that I could scroll down on that window to see the Edit button.

Thanks for the help guys, I would have been so screwed without this site!
