This seems like it should be a pretty basic thing, but I cannot figure it out for the life of me. Coming from a Key system, so maybe I just don't understand the process. If I receive a call on one phone and use a park button with no action data assigned, I can only unpark it from that phone. However if I assign a number in the action data, calls can be parked from one phone and unparked from any other phone.
Using the unassigned park button, the call shows to be parked. Pressing the park/unpark button on other phones shows an empty list with only an exit softkey.
All of the phones are Model 9508's
I don't really want to fill up the buttons that we have available with specific park/unpark keys.
Let me know what I'm doing wrong.
Thanks,
Josh
