We have some used Avaya 1608 phones.
We run static IPs on our phones and when we hit * to program the IP address it shows PROCPSWD. I've tried entering 9999 and 27238 and nothing but it continues to reboot. How do I reset the PROCPSWD password if it isn't connected to my IP office?
