Can someone send me a link to download the 11.0 Feature Pack 4, Service Pack 6 from somewhere other than Avaya?
We no longer are or want to be an Avaya partner but need to update a clients system to fix some security flaws.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi All, customer request here and cannot seem to get what they want working.
A user can be on the phone and see a second call coming in via the appearance buttons etc.
The caller however is just getting the ringing tone.
Is it possible to make the caller hear a busy tone instead?

Having a little trouble with the VM Pro Condition Editor.
I am trying to configure a condition whereby the call routes change on the Tuesday 24th December at 1pm until midnight on 1st Jan 2020.
I can use the calendar fine and add the days but what i cannot figure is how to get it to...
Ideally a unique one per customer.
If not then two depending on which category they fit into.
