I entered the IPEI number this morning into the DECT master under the user we are currently trying to set it as. Still doesnt seem to register? It is really really odd! Everything is exactly as the installation manual.

We currently have a DECT R4 deployment at one of our customer sites. Everything with the DECT works exactly like it should EXCEPT the konftel 300W. Cannot seem to get it to register with the system. Has anyone dealt with this? Made it a line etc but it wont anonymously make an extension.

Yeah. As long as the Adv. charger can do more than one (not at the same time) then that is fine, one at a time will do.

I had the same problem with a customer. Although it was an older version of IP Office and an Older unit. He only just had his ISDN's but in and there was a problem back at the exchange? The provider sorted the problem rather than it being an system problem.
