Hello,

I am trying to set up a SNTP on a customers already existing system. They have a IP500 V2 R7. I have entered all the correct information that I need to set up a NTP and it pings fine, but when I have checked it on system status it gives me a failed to resolve DNS host name. So I ran a system monitor session to check the routes and its saying the Default Gateway is the same as the PBX but in manager it is set to what it should be?
Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Chris

It should be et to the default gateway.
Also you need to set the DNS settings in the IPO.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

The default gateway is set properly it just shows different on the monitor session I have no idea why?
All IP routes are set as they should be.
