BCM rcc reports- system activity code
Sorry for that.. When running the Activity code by skillset report, it will display all the activity codes you set plus the system activity code which is built in to the system, just like No peg and Held call abnd which has code id of 9999999999999999 and 9999999999999998. What are the parameters being tagged on NON AGENT activity code? The manual discuss only NO PEG and HELD CALL ABND. The NON AGENT has code id 9999999999999997. Please give advise. Thanks, Abba- siaton
