Thank you for your reply. I'm attempting to modify a default setting that can't be changed in PC Pro. I'm aware of a way to do this using the debug terminal however haven't quite got there yet. It is a pretty tightly kept secret!
Hi, please can anybody shed some light on what commands I would need to use to change programming data using the SV8100 Debug Terminal. I am along the right lines of using PRGINFO DEBUG or would it be SYSDATA? If so where do I then go from there? Help is appreciated!

Are you forward the correct RTP ports to the VoIP resources address?
Also you should ask the carrier if they require network mode as this may be the reason.
I'm pretty sure that the NAPT Licence only works with the DT series of handsets as the handsets web server handles part of the NAT traversal. You also require port forwarding to be setup on the site where the PBX lies to tell the traffic to go to the IP address of the CCU. Have you set this up yet?
I have successfully set up 3rd Party SIP devices however it is very reliant upon the network/wifi connection. Can you please confirm you have enabled this IP extension and have created within the port range of the IP? Also, try using 3CX alternatively just to see if the extension is working.
Hi thank you for all the responses. After the 60 day trial has finished, can you then still use the 30 day licence from the LMS? I know there is certainly a way to reset the 60 day trial. It is most certainly kept low key though!

Thanks for the response. I can't set up a VPN as it would mean changing every users router. This can't be done. I have managed to get the phone working but just no speech. Does anybody know if there is an extra port that needs to be open for the speech protocol?
