Looking for anyone who has working SIP trunks with Shaw - I'm trying to setup with Eastlink in Nova Scotia, and was told Shaw uses the same infrastructure. Shaw is on the certification list, but there is no configuration guide on NTAC.
I have trunks that register and can call in and out, but no inbound audio on either [ outbound sounds great... ]. I think Eastlink only provided the 1 customer ip address [ on the IPLB ], so does the NEC sip require a second ip address from the provider for the voip gateway / dsp ( 255.255.255.252 subnet mask, not a lot of choices... ).
Can anybody stop laughing at me long enough to help? I love getting things dropped in my lap, and THEN getting thrown in over my head...
