Programming a SIP trunk

Can somebody please tell me the process to programming a SIP trunk and where I type in the info.

I have been provided with a:

Hostname
Username
Password

System is Panasonic NCP500 with DSP4 card.

Do you have a set of manuals? Do you have the unified maintenance console? Are you licensed for sip on your ncp500? If the answer is no or i don't know to anyor all of my questions you are
going to have to get a vendor in that knows the system!!

I have a set of manuals but I don't think they are the correct ones. Is it possible you could just briefly outline the steps?

Yes I have the maintenance console. Licensed for 4 x SIP Trunks.

Try help files !I don't have sip trunking but found were it is in about 30 secs ! Hint it is in slot programming >virtual cabinet .
