Just use asdm and it has a wizard type feature for setting up public servers. Turn on the preview feature in asdm and it will show you the commands it will send when you apply the command so you can learn some of the cli while using it.
The licensing for any connect you'll need is just any connect essentials. It will allow as many any connect clients on pc's to connect that your ASA will support.
It should only cost about 100 bucks for the essentials license. If you want to have mobile device support you'll have to add...
I was hoping to find something like a multicast server that would just play in loops a wav file.
I don't really want an external source just a wav file on a server would be fine. I know you can turn your cucm into a multicast server, but its kind of an overkill to have to buy a license for...
Does anyone know of a third party multicast music server or application that I can use with Cisco Call Manager?
Like setting up a shoutcast server or something and pointing the call manager at it for the MoH source.
Cisco ASA at one end and a Sonicwall NSA appliance at the other.
I don't see that there would be a real routing issue if it follows standard routing policy by going to the more specific route and since routing a /32 or single host would be more specific than the /24 at the main location it...
I don't know that this is even possible, but thought I'd see if anyone had ever gotten it to work.
I have two vpn devices I'm setting up a ipsec point to point tunnel on. The one device has a network 192.168.10.x/24 and I want to have a tunnel from that device to 3 servers at a remote location...
How big is your network and are you trying to slowly shut it down, or is it fairly small and you can tear it out in one change window?
The NAC manager should have the switch snmp info programmed into it so you would just uncontrol that port and it should write the changes to the switch for you.

In the thread I'm referencing IPSec said they have successfully configured a Legend to Cisco Router using 5ess. I am trying to do this and needed to know some more information about the configuration settings for the Legend side of the connection.
I am having difficulty with a Legend PRI to Cisco router configuration over a PRI.
I see the PRI as up, but when I attempt to initiate a call the Cisco routers shows the Legend sending the digits and then a disconnect immediately after it connects?
Does anyone have a working example of a...
I am trying to get a Harris 20/20 pbx to talk to a Cisco 3845 properly. I have them configured and dial peers setup, but the Harris apparently is issuing a disconnect as soon as they connect.
Harris is set to DMS100 and Cisco is set to primary-DMS100. ISDN status shows Layer one and two up...
