Have a Legend R7, working for years with a single PRI from LEC. We are adding a 2nd PRI from our Cisco Router for Intra-Company calls. The PRI is programmed and works on inbound calls. Having trouble on outbound calls. I have the channels set up in pool 8 and phones have pool access 8 assigned. They are able to dial 8 + digits, after a brief pause they get system wave off. Looking at the history in Monitor it has verbiage along the lines of ‘carrier disconnect’. The Cisco gurus say they don’t see anything from the Legend attempting to access channels. I’m about half way through a system Print All, so I’ll be able to cut and paste some info as needed a bit later. Also interested in Monitor what direction to take to see live data on the PRI and if it gives Q931 cause codes.
