Hi LkEErie, LOL I live in Indonesia so dialling codes aren't the same with us or uk. I just put zero cause most of dialling codes start with 0, but thats just off the top of my head. Otherwise I don't need to restrict asterisk, hash and 11 ,do i?

Yeah, I have learned the hard way. The problem wasn't with the pabx to begin with. LOL. Thank for your help, LkEErie. obtsystems too. So I have restricted calls with TRS anything start with number 0. Is this enough? Is it possible that someone can hack the TRS?

Hello guys, just wanna report back. I found the problem. It has nothing to do with the pabx machine. Turned out that our workplace put some kind of another device that prevent international and mobile call blocked. This device is put between telephone cable from telco to pabx. LOL

@obtsystems: "Dial Digit limitation after answering is on inbound calls, and stops someone using a ringback service and dialing out on it." Hmm.. I havent tried whether I get cut off when I answer inncoming calls, I'll report back to you tomorrow. However, I know for sure this "cut off" problem...
