We are having issues when attempting to pick up a call via monitored extension. The call is coming in on ST1D's located at a different site. If I reboot/burnflash the ST1D's it will work for a brief time but eventually it will start to fail. We can always pick up the call at the primary phone...

Let me add.... if the phone at site B is forwarded to a outside number and called from another phone in site B we are shipping a full 10 digit caller ID. Only when that same phone at site B is forwarded to an outside number and called from a phone at site A are we shipping only the 4-digit DN...

Understood, the FXO is running off an analog port on the pbx, cross-site to FXS location. From the FXS station we can call anyone on the PBX side with no problem. However when call from PBX side to FXS, we get no ring on FXS station.
