I just replaced my Valcom paging box with the same model. Nothing else changed in PBX. I no longer have the tone that is generated when users dial the paging number. Is this tone generated in the PBX or in the paging box? I'd say the box....

How does one test a CallPilot App for functionality? I have one that I inherited and want to test the holiday greeting to make sure it's working. Do I fake a holiday for today and see how it works? Seems that will put my phone system in holiday mode and we miss incoming calls. Can't do that.

Sorry I took so long to reply. I downloaded the software onto the CP PC and now launch it from the main screen. Works great! Now I have to learn more about working in App Builder! Any suggestions for that?

My receptionist cannot enter digits in a phone menu when she calls out on our M2250 console. For example, she calls a number, hears the menu, and tries to press 1,2,3, etc. When she does that, the console goes to EXCL SRC (Exclude Source from call). Don't know what to advise her. Anyone?
