Everything was correct except somehow the name didn't exist. It appears in OTM Navigator and is even associated with the DN, but when looking manually in the terminal it wasn't there.
Just created a name for the DN using LD 95 and life is good again.

This morning I had an incident where a user dialed an external number, but somehow reached an entirely different number. Luckily it was my own personal cell phone number.
The odd thing is that she does NOT have my personal number on record and she was dialing out to a different area...
I've already done that a few times. The system check is okay too.
I've also reset the communications, reset the session, all the way to a factory reset.
