Hello all,

I recently moved a phone's physical location. The phone works as it should however after the move the station's caller ID stopped working. The phone displays the ID of incoming calls, but other stations do not display his ID. This wasn't the case before the move.

I've gone through and looked at posts on here about caller ID, but I couldn't find an explanation specific to the problem I'm having.

Any suggestions on where to start would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Print the TN and make a mental note of the "DATE" field. That will be your clue to finding the last time the phone was modified in software.

Then check to see if the users NAME is blank. If so, add the users name.

Look for CLS DDGD and/or NAMD ~ If you see either one, that is a problem... Set CLS DDGA NAMA

Everything was correct except somehow the name didn't exist. It appears in OTM Navigator and is even associated with the DN, but when looking manually in the terminal it wasn't there.

Just created a name for the DN using LD 95 and life is good again.

Thanks a lot.
