We recently started seeing a different behavior for the way calls ID to an agent after reaching them via a station that covers to a VDN then queues to a skill. The expected behavior in this situation is the agent will see the VDN name on their phone display and hear a VOA for that VDN. Now the...
We are on CM 8.1.0.890 and our call center has requested to start a pilot program for agents to use auto answer. I have tested with h.323 J169 and one-X Agent. Our normal setup is auto answer on the station set to none and agent set to station. With no changes to the agent or station auto answer...
I'm not sure if this is related to our 8.1 upgrade completed recently, but CMS (v18) is showing agents with a role of "ROVE". I believe this previously said BKUP instead. What is ROVE? I cannot find any documentation on the differences between BKUP and ROVE.
@kyle555 It is currently using 722 per the network region settings. This is a user with a cochlear implant who can only have one device connected to the implant's I/O device at a time. The user needs PC audio throughout the day, so we decided on using the softphone so they aren't constantly...
I would personally create an Agent Group of all agents and run Agent > Group Summary Monthly report. You will need to update the report Inputs to allow for multiple months. Run it for the past 6 months, and any agent that doesn't show up can be deleted.
I am trying to find a way to force a one-X Agent application to not use wideband audio codecs. I have found registry settings labeled 'bWideband' and 'bEnableWidebandAdjuster', but changing the values seems to have no effect on the codec used for calls. I am trying to avoid changing codec...
This is because when i was capturing the traces I was calling from a station. I have recreated the traces in the new album linked here with both calls originating from off switch. Now both calls are coming in on trunk group 904, which is our primary inbound SBC.
The status station screen caps...
The CORs are different, but the differences would not play into this in my opinion. The station COR cannot be service observed while the VDN can, the station COR does not Block Enhanced Call Pickup Alerting and the VDN does do that. Those appear to be the only differences I can see between the...
Just deleted the VDN and built it as a station with coverage to VM after 2 rings. Call from my cell phone to the forwarded number rang desk phone twice and then successfully went to VM.
We are a 7 digit switch, thus our DID is the VDN. My traceSM logs show a connected call between my cell phone and our VDN DID when dialing the forwarded practice number, and I did verify that the number is forwarded directly to our DID.
In both scenarios, a call comes in through Verizon as SIP...
All coverage options are set correctly, these calls work as expected when the local DID is dialed directly. The list trace vec shows no abnormalities, but it ends as soon the call is routed to the phone with a 'Leaving Vector Processing" message.
Working on pulling some TraceSM logs now if that...
The practice's old main number still routes into the Nortel BCM that they have at their site. The BCM is set to turn it right back around and send the call to our local DID. We have begun the process with CenturyLink to have their main number removed from the PRI that runs into the BCM and have...
We have run into an odd situation with one of our physician practices that we have recently moved onto our Avaya CM 6.3 (R016x.03.0.124.0) system. The practice's old main number was forwarded (long distance) to a DID on our CM. That DID is set up as a VDN and gives a menu with a few options and...
My searches turned up this previous thread, but that didn't pan out any good solutions for the newer messaging version.
Can anyone point me to a solution for searching the "Additional Extensions" field in a user's mailbox. I attempted to search through the Measurements (Storage) link in the...
I'm pretty new to the Avaya world, having begun swapping out our 12k lines from a CS1K to Avaya CM 6.3 about 1.5 years ago. We have built up a pretty large public unknown numbering table over the course of our roll-out. When I display the public unknown table, it is sorted by extension. Is there...
Perhaps a workaround for you...
You could try installing BullZip which adds itself as a printer on your machine. Once installed, select print from the report and choose BullZip and it will export it as a PDF.
Hope that helps.
My company recently bought out another and with it we have gained ownership of a Callpilot 201i. I logged in to try to build an application in App Builder at the location and received an error that we had reached the limit of applications allowed. There are currently 15 applications in service...
