Cms report- Avaya cms supervisor

Hello Team,

Need your assistance in pulling an Avaya CMS report, I’m working on agent clean up, I want to pull all agents i.e 6 months login/logout status report. To see which agents are logged in past 6 months

I would personally create an Agent Group of all agents and run Agent > Group Summary Monthly report. You will need to update the report Inputs to allow for multiple months. Run it for the past 6 months, and any agent that doesn't show up can be deleted.
