    RefClient shows Terminal out of service

    Hi, experiencing this issue one of the terminals is out of service in Refclient in the server , deleted it mapped again, stopped CCT services and even restarted the servers (CCT,CCMS) still it show Line x.x.x.x (Out of Service) in Red Color. Thanks ,Apprecaite your help.
