hi

i have a project which have two language choose Eng or Urdo each one of them have three options complain,service,booking when you press one for eng you have to choose again one of the three option before you are connected to agent my question how i can make in realitme report to total all of them under Eng and Urdo total Eng calls=30 Urdo=40

Each service with unique CDN and application, then filter on RTD by application.

thank you mlozoveanu yes each one has its unique CDN and skillset so you mean i have to filter only and will get the result i need which is to have Eng queue in one block and Urdo in one block
