Negative.

Should something come up right away upon connecting via serial? I'm using PuTTY. Selected Serial. Set baud to 9600, data bits to 8, parity to none, stop bits to 1, and flow control to none.

I ask because I can't seem to connect in any way. The obvious option is pull the plug. I asked in case there was a more graceful way of doing it.

IrwinMFletcher suggested a serial connection earlier. Is that an option?

How do I reboot?

Using putty...selecting Telnet, entering address, port is set to 23 by default. Click Open. Window opens and after 10 or 15 seconds closes.

Mitel 3300 ICP. Red Major Alarm flashing on front of unit. I can't connect via web interface. I've tried a couple Telnet and Raw suggestions I've seen in other posts. No joy. FTP no-go also. How can I figure out what the alarm is about so I can fix it? Thanks

Mitel 3300 ICP, 5220 IP Phone I have a single agent who is constantly being logged out of her phone. What would be causing that. She says it happens throughout the day.
