Hi there,
we had an issue with an PC Attendant that it was not able to handle calls and was always busy.... after I did an INI everything was working again.
Now the customer claims that there is an annoying ring tone everytime they receive a call.... It seems it changed the frequence to an...
Hi there,
is it possible to create something like this...
I have an restricted user who should be not able to do external calls.... but If he will call the Attendant or supervisor than the attendant should be able to let him make an external call...
cheers,
Rainer
has the customer used 2 digit extension b4 as well? I really guess its an issue if you first get already the number 12345675
It should really send you the complete number already with the two digits on the end... I didnt saw anything else like that... but I saw b4 that M-Net was only sending the...
I agree with amriddle01
Who is the provider right now? Does the provider use block dial or digit by digit dialing in his setup? Does the provider provide a dialing plan that is 1234567-xx or just 1234567-x?
I guess its more likely a provider than an ipo issue in my opinion....
Sure u can also order a preinstalled HDD and it will also work on your unit.... but the question is what release is running on your BCM 400? A BCM 4.0 will not work if you only have the 3.6 licence... except if u upgrade your BCM to 4.0.... So do you have any documentation of what release you...
You need a real image file to install this BCM again... the question is what kind of licences you have so that you will install the right version... there is a big difference between R3.6/3.7 or 4.0... So what release is running on your bcm 400?
The flashload is for the DMC... There are also flashloads for the base stations online ... But I never saw anything like that for the phones. The sad thing is that Avaya still put old files online and not the recent ones. We received the first Avaya branded 4145 in March 2011.... But I still...
@Senk1s yes I was able to fin a solution... The problem was that the old DMC firmware doesnt support the new Avaya branded 4145 & 4135 phones... There is a new flash load to avoid this problem but u will not find on the avaya website.
@Ejv4080 u'll find all needed software directly on the BCM...
Its mostly about 2-4 weeks but of course there are various things that can happen so that you will not get the licences without upgrading the system and so on...
But there is also a chance to get emergency licences in a faster (more expensive) way ... ;)
I did open a ticket at avaya support..
Result: Indeed there is a license error and it will not be fixed anymore.. This tool will be erased out of all the docs in future releases... So good bye gryphon!
Hi gberger,
thats what we are mostly doing... BUT we have a lot of locations all over europe and if one 4145 is damaged we sent out a new one and give the information for the stuff so they can register the exchanged phone by the master handset...
After the rebranding with Avaya you cant go to...
gerneral mailbox is always used if no personal mailbox exists... i guess this line has a forarding to the voice mail system...
the dial through is only possible with AutoAttendant or with ccr trees... i doubt you will find another solution for this....
There is only one clocking for the whole BCM 450 system and thats how it should be... If those three pri are all from the same provider and from the same switching center they should all have the same clocking anyways...
You should try to swap the clocking to pri2 or pri3 and see if there is...
Hi there,
I have a CS1000 R6 and I was trying to start the QOS Manager but it dont work anymore. If I am logged in on linux by CLI and try to start gryphon I will get a licence error...

explosive
