Hi,

- 1234567-0 is the Company Mainnumber and external DDI Number for sample extension is 1234567-57
- Extensions in the IPO are three digits like -157
- i´ve created a "incomming Call routing" with 123456757 -> 157

If i call the Extension from my Mobile Fon (Blockdial), the extension is reacheble.
If i call the Extension digit by digit, Provider send a ISDN Setup with the Number 12345675

Normaly i think, the IPO must send to the Provider, that nothing is found at the IPO AND will waiting a time (System/Telefonie) for next digit . But the IPO send to the Provider "Release Complete" Cause=1, Unallocated (unassigned) number.

Any idea whats wrong on IPO site?

Obviously it is of eminent relevance, that I this, what you celeprate, not optimally effective assume, since the integrate of you in the communicative system as code related terms with me no explosive associations in mental-empirical reproduction process of the mind.

The provider shouldn't present the call until the full number is dialled, that's how all the others do it anyway.... hence why you now have this issue :)

the last Digit is missing in the ISDN Setup at dialing digit by digit.

And i mean, that after a setup from the Provider to the IPO, i can send digits again.

- Setup to IPO = 12345675
- IPO send trying (for 2seconds)
- within the 2sec. the last missing number is sending from the Provider = 7
- IPO has now the full Number he needed and can route -> 123456757

Isn´t it?

I agree with amriddle01

Who is the provider right now? Does the provider use block dial or digit by digit dialing in his setup? Does the provider provide a dialing plan that is 1234567-xx or just 1234567-x?
I guess its more likely a provider than an ipo issue in my opinion....

incoming with blockdial -> 12345675. Provider is M-Net. Local Bavaria Provider.
It looks for me also to a Provider issue, but the Customer mean with the old ACM System there´s working....

I ask here, that i´am shure i have nothing forgot to set in the IPO. Linesettings are also OK i think.

has the customer used 2 digit extension b4 as well? I really guess its an issue if you first get already the number 12345675
It should really send you the complete number already with the two digits on the end... I didnt saw anything else like that... but I saw b4 that M-Net was only sending the extension numbers... its a PRI right?

Do you have a type setting on the DDI (i.e. speech / Speech3k1 etc) rather than the default

Take Care

Matt
I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
My wish has come true. I no longer know how to use my telephone.

Let the provider change trunk settings from national numbering format (NatNo) to subscriber number format (SubNo). Had it some times with MNet earlier. It should work as well if you remove the leading - in ICR.

Put a - before the DDI number :

DDI received = 098123450 in ICR put -098123450
DDI received = 0981234565 in ICR put -0981234565

From Customer Side it was running before.

What should it: How "Floh" written, called the Provider, let them change the Number Format and all was fine with Overlab receiving. Thanks for support.

It's a mess with MNet. They say the usually set the trunk up with NatNo because it is far more used. But from my experience every other provider we use make Subnetzmaske and only MNet handles it different.

The good thing is that they correct if very fast if you call them.
