I've just created a faq, it supplies a UFL which will allow you to add a function which will return the NT username of the person running the report. FAQ149-1283 Also, the existing crystal function "CurrentDateTime" should return the Date and Time the report was run.

If you are running your reports on NT, you could try taking the login username of the user on the PC and assuming match that against your table of users. You can get the NT username by using a UFL function. If you want, I could post the appropriate code.
