My BOH server is not the master server. I am not sure what happened to lose the master, but I just found out that my ctlsvr is not working either. I know that I haven't provided much information, but am hoping for some guidance in how to address this problem. Thanks-- Wmpwilson

Coorsman---thank you for link....how difficult will it be swapping to a new server? Do you have recommendations for harddrive size, configuration, etc...? Will my terminals recognize the new server like a plug and play device, or should I get someone with more experience to install new server?

After making changes to aloha.ini, namely: Unitname, Address, and DOB, the changes go into affect, but at some point they revert back to former name, address, phone number and DOB( which is not correct date). What is causing these changes to be temporary?

No, I don't have the license for the upgrade. However, since researching a little further on here, I am thinking I may just keep my 5.3.32 and run a separate terminal to process my credit card charges. Any thoughts upon that?
