I am speaking of the choice word makes for your filename. It automatically chooses the first phrase in your document and appends the .doc for your filename.
However, it will only use alphanumeric's.

Thanks all, that is exactly the sort of feedback I was looking for. I want to have the lines all in a pool. I want them to get away from the whole shouting "Pick up line blah, blah, blah" stuff. So I have started programming PickUp buttons. Now that I have some extra buttons thanks to the Pool :)

I got in by just extension dial to port 7 on RemoteAccess. I am going to try your method as well for more flexibility. When I am very confident I will try the loopback I have heard of from MerlinMan.
