I have successfully set up a DID on our IPO to use a time profile to forward unconditionally out to a call center for after hours call answering. The call center want us to spoof the caller id to report as a specific number they recognize as associated to our company. My call flow is as...
California. The client prides themselves on answering all call live 24\7. Even a short AA would mask that differentiator to the point that it would not truly be answered live. Any other suggestions?
I want an IPO 500v2 V.9.0.300.941 using VMPro to play a prerecorded message that says "calls are randomly recorded for quality control purposes" when the call is placed on hold or parked.
Is it possible?
If yes can you point me to some documentation?
I agree that is an option if the confirm button could be selected. That is the problem. all the selections along the bottom of the of the screen are so far off in calibration that the confirm but will not recognize the stylus or my touch.
We have a 9641G in our office that is so far off in calibration that the bottom selections will no long allow you to select them. I can get into many of the menus but since the all the buttons to actually get anything to save are all along the bottom I cannot save any values. Does anyone know...
Thanks for the info. I have read that there is a version of PC Pro that may break the config on a UX5000 if you use it to restore. Can someone tell me what version will not break a UX5000?
We have a client who has dumped their NEC dealer and are asking us to make some changes to their UX5000 before we help them we wanted to backup the config. Look like we need PC Pro desktop application to accomplish this task. Can anyone help me source that app?
Skip my last. I understand it now. XN; shortcode can and now does point to N;@did.voip.les.net instead of pointing to NX;@did.voip.les.net. Thanks to all for your help and patience.
Below is the error i'm getting now. My ARS XN" is adding an X to the outgoing #. I’m sure les.net does not know what to do with that x. Do i need an XN; or an XXXXXXXXXXN? I deleted the XXXXXXXXXXN; as instructed by BAS. Can i live without the XN; or is there another solution besides...
OK i will try that as soon as the switch is available to reboot.
In the mean time can anyone comment on what the N does when added to the ARs in this manner N"@did.voip.les.net". keep in mind i understand that N represents multiple digits. is it saying allow multiple digit to leave using...
HSM sorry not sure what happened to the file. Also a far as Bas1234 says i did read and tried all the before mentioned tips without success. I changed it all back to LGID 0 to get it working again. If you still want to look i created a new link. Thanks in advance for looking. BTW sorry for...
So I was able to get my switch to use the ARSs that make the most sense for our calling area. I'm asking my PRI to cover everything local and anything not deemed local by our lame, small LEC is "attempting" to use the les.net sip. I can see in my monitor logs below that les.net is showing busy...
WOW. You saved the day tlpeter. I almost pulled the trigger. OK so upgrade the IPO to ver. 6.1 (something) with the needed upgrade lic. Will do. then upgrade the OXP to 6.1 and i should get the "Call Assistant" feature.
Last question. Is there an upgrade path for going from OXP v.6.0 to...
I did make it more complicated. Im going to install one-x portal 6.1(17) and be happy. 6.1(17) will work with any IPO ver 5 or higher. Thanks for all the help.
