The Xima development team is aware of the problem and will have a fix ASAP. In the meantime you can downgrade to Java 1.6.24 and the problem will go away. I'll post here again once the Chronicall update is available.

Just to clarify, Chronicall uses its own connector to communicate with IP Office and does not require any Avaya licenses. You do not need the CTI Pro/TAPI license for Chronicall.

For smaller call centers that need Realtime Statistics Xima offers an Agent Seat licensing option. The unlimited Realtime license is nice if you have a lot of agents or are planning to grow, otherwise the Agent Seat licensing option is generally cheaper.

Just to clarify, Chronicall doesn't require any Avaya licenses but you do need Voicemail Pro if you are going to do Call Recording.

The normal unlimited seat option is geared towards larger call centers. For smaller sites (like your site with 15 agents) Xima has an Agent-Seat licensing option. Talk to SALES if you need competitive pricing for a small call center.
