Hello,
I have a very odd issue, I have installed 2 compact core/net units into our lab (redeploy from old sites previously working)
the unit powers fine and all the cCNI, SUTL & disk units power correctly
but the CPU slot doesn't show any LEDs to indicate power
if the cCNI cards are placed...
Hi Reusser
When you say a 1mb line do you mean ADSL or ISDN?
Sorry if this seems a dumb question but it's starting to get on my nerves as I can't get it going
I appreciate your help
Hi,
I'm trying to setup a lab based system to test the Remote Gateway 9115 units (NTDR91)before deploying.
I can easily test the IP config is all working, but I want to test the ISDN/POTS backup line.
I have a UILC (NT6D71) to provide the 2 wire ISDN connection to the 9115 but I can't get it...
Hi
take a look in this NTP
http://support.avaya.com/css/P8/documents/100096460
check table 15
and yes I realise this is based on BCM50 but the data is still good.

Hi,
yep FBUG is still there, the card I'm on is only 5.0W but the prompt is there & FBUG asks for a password.
as for the CPPM not loading up, if you have a spare card try swapping the SODIMM to test the RAM.
This has worked for me in the past.
cheers
Hi,
can anyone help me find out the FBUG password on the CPPM NTDW61 card.
in the older SSC cards there wasn't a password.
If nyone can point me to a doc or link that would be great.
I need to get the production test results to verify if the card is good for a customer.
cheers
Hello,
from an old note the default password used to be set under the BCM manager window under:
Services > IP Telephony > IP Terminals > Nortel IP terminals
then choose the General tab password is set here
you should be able to change it & use it without affecting already registered sets
hope...
Hi,
I'm working on a customer issue & need to get the CS1000E Deplist for Release 5.0
However they can't supply me with a login for the PEP library.
can anyone share the deplist? or Private message a place where I can download without access to Avaya?
This would save me a whole heap of...

thanks this is the main NTP source I checked.
the Failure code is definitely 8CH
which is not listed in the NTP you refer to.
All 8xH codes refer to some kind of component or chip fault so I will have to work on this basis.
Again any other ideas would be welcome.
cheers
Hi,
I have a couple of 2250 consoles showing
failure code 8ch
all the time on the screen
all the built in diagnostics come back fine, no sticky keys
but I can't identify what this error code means
can anyone throw some light on this as no Nortel documentation has this code.
cheers
