IP Office V2 R9.1. Super simple config. Customer wants all phones to ring and if not answered hit an auto attendant. The auto attendant will play a message then dump them in a general VM (with basic edition if I remember correctly the caller will have to press 0 to get the VM). The customer...
I'm working on getting a remote worker setup on a IP Office 500 V2. I've got the phone registered and the extension is logged in. I can see the buttons and everything functions on the phone except for one problem - there is no sound (incoming or outgoing).
Here's what I've done so far:

I have a client with a IP Office 500 V2 with embedded voicemail. When callers call in, a group of phones ring and then they are directed to a hunt group mailbox. From outside of the office calling in is it possible to break out of the hunt group mailbox message and check the messages that have...
Hi,
Is it possible to reset a voicemail pro username/password? One of my clients had an on-site IT guy. He quit and didn't leave the credentials. He not only reset the password, he disabled the Administrator account and setup a new account with a different username. We don't know what the...
Hi,
I have a client that has a few IP Offices, all on R8. They have been using the call listen function for quite some time now. They asked if it's possible for the person listening to the call to butt into the conversation and turn it into a 3 way conference call. The only thing that I know...

I have a client that's having issues viewing voicemail messages in One-X portal. Everything else appears to be working fine. The user has 2 new messages. The voicemail light on their phone is lit. However in One-X portal under messages it says "You have no messages." Has anyone else seen...
Last week I upgraded a system from R8 to R9.1. Everything is working fine except for the caller ID. Prior to the upgrade incoming calls would display the number as well as the name of the caller. Now the number is still displayed however for the name every call is showing up as "External."...
We would rather not make the users enter passwords. They didn't have to in the past and trying to convince them that they have to now isn't an option I'd like to pursue.
