Hi I have an opt 11 runing version 20 release 19. I want to be able to change the set up of the voice mail for all extensions(500) - so the staff can leave a greting - but with no facility for callers to leave a message. Is this possible? And if so how would I set it up? Thanks in advance...

thanks - got the list printed off. If I want to assign one of the DD numbers to the voicemail ext (7000) how would I do that - and would that allow me to access the voice mail by dialing in externally from another site?

Hi Guys Thanks for the advice. Our existing consoles only seem to have 2 tn's connected and no other cables? So I will probably cable the extra one the same way. So I presume that I can just build 2 new tn's and configure using LD12? Hopefully I should have time to have a go at this tomorrow

Hi we have 2 opt 11 pbx's with meridian mail. Couple of questions How do i find what version of MM they have. I also want to have two 2 tn's with the same DN and same voicemail account, 1 pbx will let me do this but the other doesn't seem to have this as an option in the meridian mail set...
