@MikeR101 - When I press Feature #86 it tells me Background Music is OFF. But I still get the beeps when I press my dialpad.

I checked both. Background Music was set to OFF and dial mode was set to Standard. Still getting the beeps.

@stsguy - I did that and still hear the beeps. @GordonKapesMz4 - The phones that aren't making the beeps are M7310 model. The beep I'm referring to is say the handset is on the cradle...I press Feature XX...when I press any keys after Feature, it makes a short beep sound.

Hmmm. Some other phones in our office don't make the beeps when the keys are pressed. I thought maybe it was a setting I could change.

Is there a way to turn off the keypad tones? I have a Nortel T7316e. I hate hearing that beep sound. Thanks, Bob

That's the right feature. The only problem is I'm needing this mostly for logging missed calls while a person is away from their desk. So I guess the button idea won't really suit my needs. Thanks though.

So you just programmed that to a button on each set and then the user presses that button while on a call?

I've done that. For example at my desk I have it set to "Unanswered by me". My phone displays "Calls for you". When I view the call log, it shows all the info I need, but the calls it's showing aren't calls that were transfered to me. They are all the calls that the receptionist answered. I...

I am also trying to set this up if it's possible. I was able to successfully enable call logging on our receptionist's phone. But other people in my office want to be able to see who has called them. When I enable call logging on their phones, it it only showing a call log history of calls...
