Has anyone ever had the KX-TVA 50 voice mail stop sending voicemail to email notifications then after reboot all is good for a couple weeks?
Replaced KX-TVA594 Lan card
verified it is within the static IP address range and outside the DHCP pool on the lan, no conflicts
use same SMTP...
All the distributors that I use are out of stock on NS-700. Any one know where to find them in stock?
I can find them on the refurbished market but they pricey.
The only cards I have in the TDE are DHLC and DLC and they are at the newest revision, the only card I have not checked to see if there is a newer version is my Stacking card in the NS1000.
I have a Legacy TDE-200 connected, with a PSU-L and I have updated all station cards to newest firmware
The rest of the sets are KX-DT546, DT343 and they are fine

I just upgraded a NS1000 to 8.32 and installed a couple DT-680 sets and the time on the display does not update until you either press speaker button or lift handset to make call then it updates.
But while phone is idle the time does not update

Has anyone ever has this issue and how to verify it to the telco. I replaced the PRI card, tested the cable between the smart jack and the CSU, by-passed the CSU, all with same...

I have a client we are implementing Communications Assistant Pro on a KX-TDE100. 25 Pro Licenses.
We have 15 of the computers running the software just fine.
But 10 of the computers will not!
The software installs just fine but then it will not launch the software. Keep getting and...
Ports in your firewall need opened. But sometimes it is the mobile carrier that has ports blocked.

does the DID target to and extension?
If not you can create and extension as portable station and then assign the DID number to target that portable station.
Then call forward that extension to your outside number.
Preferred Line Assignment Outgoing
With the handset down press:
Program or Pause 99
Select from the following
No Line 1,1
Idle Line 1,2
Specific Line 1,3 plus Trunk Nunber ( 01-08 ect)
Intercom 1,Intercom
Then press Auto Dial/Store
If you have a T1 it is 24 channels, or can be allocated from carrier for less than 24.
Look in 10.3 to see how many DID numbers are configured, that may tell you how many DID numbers has been assigned to your account.
Look in 10.1 to see how many of the 24 channels are configured to TRK Grp 1
