    I tried what you've suggested PERRYPJ. I was able to do the feature 808 however when it attempts to send long tones the system doesn't recognize anything as if it isn't receiving anything. Any ideas? Thank you.

    Closing a terminal window

    Try just "~" the item in the quotes not the quotes. Then exit at the signaling server prompt should be goodbye. Hope that helps.

    Issues with IP Phones (one-sided conversation)

    What system are you running these IP phones on? We had a similar problem and it turned out to be resolved by a patch to the ACD Server if they are going through ACD that is.

    Thank you StandleySteamer and everyone else that added programming thoughts. It truly was the DNDD and once I reconfigured some of the phones and tested it did resolve the problem. Again thank you.
