Rollover Caller Name ID missing 3

This is my first post on here. I have a Nortel Option 81c that does not display caller ID name information internally to a rollover ext. when the main line on the phone set is dialed and has rolled over the information will display the forwarded ext. information and then the calling party ext. information without the name display. Does anyone know what system option is not setup correctly that would allow for the name display to be sent to the roll over phone ext.? This also is true under the call forwarded call to another internal ext.

Hi Stanleysteamer - the TDD is already set in the cls. Any other thoughts or suggestions. All the caller ID information displays on the primary line of the phone, just not to the rollover ext.'s. Thanks.

From what you're describing you may need to change DNDA to DNDD.

toggle your cnda dndd, one at time, both at time, see if a setting works.

I would have thought DNDD would have done the trick but -
What type of phone?

if for example phone is a 3903 and call timer is turned on and calling name is kind of long, display is to small to show name but there would be an arrow to scroll down and see name.

By turning off call time - usually fixes this problem.

Thank you StandleySteamer and everyone else that added programming thoughts. It truly was the DNDD and once I reconfigured some of the phones and tested it did resolve the problem. Again thank you.
