Hey folks. I'm trying to get an extension to forward all the calls to a persons cell phone number (it's a non-local number). I'm putting in the FAC for Call Forward but for some reason, it cuts me off with a fast busy halfway through inputting the number. I'm pretty stumped as to why it won't...
Disregard that, I'm pretty sure that it's an analog line. I tried dialing 1-800-444-4444 but it appears that it is masked. Any way I can figure out the phone number for that line?
Hi folks. I have a phone jack that is possibly in use, possibly not. Someone asked me in the office if I could pull up to see if there was a number assigned to that jack. Since the port numbers are all screwy in GEDI, I was wondering if there was a way for me to pull up the port # that is in use...
Having a strange issue with one of the phones here. Internal dialing works fine. If I call their external number, it does a quick ring and then disappears, however the person on the other end just hears ringing. It's not abbreviated ring since I can't pick up the call after the first quick ring...
We currently have some users going out over our COT lines rather than our DS3. I have it all set up to change them over on their outgoing calls but I need to identify which COT lines they are using because the caller ID on those are wrong.
How can I find out which COT lines are being used for...
Once you add drives into your RAID array you'll need to expand the volume using extents. The drives themselves should be OK. Do you need the space on that particular volume? If not you could create an additional RAID and add it as another datastore.
You'll probably have to go into Configuration -> Storage on the host and go into the Properties of the datastore and then do an increase before it sees it.
Someone mentioned this morning that they saw lines were hunting over and not ringing on the first line. I checked the BCM Monitor and saw that it says a line has been open for about 24 hours now.
How would I go about disconnecting this line without taking down a majority of their phones? When a...
It's not 64-bit or 2008 - I'm trying to install it on a virtual 2003 32-bit server. It keeps telling me to reboot the CallPilot Server but our phone vendor keeps telling me no, that it'll work on a physical server.
I think they are full of it, considering I've run earlier versions on a virtual...
Has anyone installed CallPilot Reporter on a virtual server? I'm having issues getting the package to install and our phone vendor says you can't do it. They don't really say why or give any solid reasoning to, they just said you can't.
We're pretty pressed for space so I don't want to install...
I set the TGAR to 0 on one of the test phones and it came up the right way (not copper, showing main line). Since it's not a BARS issue, where would it lie?
I'm fairly positive it is a TGAR issue - I tried it on another TGAR 1 phone and had the same experience. Either way, here's the TN:

Sorry, I didn't mean change the TGAR on the set. TGAR 1 is the one that allows her to use the paging system; I want to edit the TGAR itself to route through the DS3 rather than the COT.
