I think you will need to read the DX manual in the area of “Hot-Desking and Home-working” as it can be quite complex to setup. The feature needs to have been enabled in the chargeable options (see LCO) first. As you can see my DX is set to “enhanced"

A DX-150E has 1 shelf and 14 slots, from your previous posts it looks like to have a "HiPath DX" which is the module/stack based system.
Looking at the cabinet map in your previous post, slot 0422 seems to have been missed out which is slightly suspicious. Possibly never worked...
Are you using the System Card modem or the GPIO/Modem? The System Card modem uses the NSEX command and the GPIO/Modem is where you jumper an extension port to the last pair of the GPIO/Modem cable.
