when testing (which we did a dozen times) we called in on a LAN line and on hard wired phones. Tried adjusting volume all sorts of ways. Even loaded different styles of music to see if we could get the distortion to go away. No luck.

I HAVE 2 CUSTOMERS STILL ROCKING THE MERLIN LEGEND TELEPHONE SYSTEM. BOTH ARE USING M.O.H. THROUGH THE ADAPTER AND INTO A LINE PORT ON A 412TDL CARD. WHEN ON HOLD THE VOICE PART OF THE MESSAGE IS NICE AND CLEAR. BUT ONCE THE VOICE FINISHES AND THE MUSIC COMES IN THE SOUND IS...

THEY HAVE SEVERAL T24 ADJUNCTS BUT THEY ONLY WORK AT 6.1+ LEVEL.
I PURCHASED A 6.1 LICENSE. CAN I SIMPLY POWER DOWN, SWAP LICENSE CARD, & REBOOT?
I AM HAVING ISSUES GETTING/FINDING A STRAIGHT YES OR NO ANSWER.
