We moved into this facility from a prior company and so they had the receptionist dn set to 241. For some reason, they did'nt use the standard lowest dn. (221). The control set for all sets is 241.
Anyway, the alternate dn she transfers to is 325. Just a common set. Nothing special.

I followed as you suggested and got everything working. One of the big problems was that each of the sets, had been programed w/ MEMORY buttons, so no lines were available, b/c functions and internal calling used every button.
