    Thanks Guys, I got it changed. I had to go into the greetings tab and edit the standard greeting, in there I saw the bullet for "After Greeting" action. Thanks Again.

    Thanks for the reply, I only want to play a message, like " The office has closed ..." and then release the call and hang up. I don't want the caller to leave a message.

    Thanks for the reply, I was able to get the hunt pilot working. I had to make a few changes in Unity.

    I have set up a hunt pilot, list and line group with 3 phones and programmed Hunt List log in/out buttons on each. At the end of the list, I programmed a phone and forwarded it to VM. All works well until the last number is accessed, to VM, I get a busy signal. Any Ideas? Thanks.
