Is there an easy way to have a voice mail message play then hang up at the end of the message?

By message, I'm assuming you mean greeting...
under users > edit> message settings, after message action, choose call action 'hang up'.
If you really mean message playback, you hang up when you're done.

Thanks for the reply, I only want to play a message, like " The office has closed ..." and then release the call and hang up. I don't want the caller to leave a message.

What DHRoger said, will do what you want. The caller will hear the Closed message/Greeting and then hang up immediately. No meessage will be taken.

Thanks Guys, I got it changed. I had to go into the greetings tab and edit the standard greeting, in there I saw the bullet for "After Greeting" action. Thanks Again.
