setting up Feature 4 on regular DN is Okay. we can use 91xxxxxxxxxx format.
But when it is setup on VoIP phones, only internal 3 digits DN can be forwarded. If 9 is typed in, it shows "Invalid Number". But I can add the external forwarding number on the BCM web portal. Let me know how to...

I just bought 7406e. It is hard to wakup from "Sleeping ...".
Other Nortel T7406e work perfectly. it can be wake up by pressing anykey.
But for Avaya brand, several keys have to be pressed. Strange ?
Is it Manufacture defect or any option i can changed?

I found that base station is directly connect to the phone line. So it means that T7406e is not actually VoIP type of phone. It is like cordless DECT phone but connect to BCM400. Am I right?

I got "Denied in Admin" when dialing out to the external numbers with this ip phone 2004 with BCM 400.
Other two IP phones are OK.
IN BCM Unified Manager that doesn't have Line Pool PRI-A like other working IP phones. I tried to add that but didn't work.
