Hi I don't think they use voicemail they have 48 digital ports and a pri circuit all work fine just can't access switch at all , how could I test to see if I can Access voicemail?

Hi we have problem with our samsung DCS 816 in that you cannot dial extn internally , we can however dial them by pressing the DSS Key if it has the extn programmed under it but sureley should able to just dial 200 for extn 200 201 for extn 201 etc Any Ideas?
