BCM 400 3.7

Is there any way of taking a full config backup of a BCM 400 version 3.7 the only way I can access the switch is via web interface my element manager won't talk to it as I have been told its too old to use element manager ? Just really want to get a backup incase it crashes as have another spare 3.7 BCM 400

you need to setup a network folder with full sharing rights then follow the BRU instructions

Is there a guide on how to setup a network shared folder BCM is not something I am very familiar with thanks

FYI- Before Element Manager there was Unified Manager which is the proper GUI for communicating to a 3.7 system.
