Getting ELAN005 Error... CS10007.5 and CallPilot 5.0...on ELAN 16.

201I...The short and sweet of it... When trying to access a mailbox, callpilot does not recognize dtmf...it continues to play it's login greeting. Installed the software, added SU10 for both the server and manager. I reinstalled the software twice, to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What it wound up being is the way the customer wanted to use the ICB's. They were trying to use the dual mode for "outgoing" "permanent" conferences which is not an option in a dual mode capacity. So I needed to configure the 2 ICB cards separately for outgoing...
Alrighty folks...can some one check my sanity please...after I dial the Access DN for my "Dual" ICB cards, I hear this message "Meeting Does Not Exist"! Am I hearing this because I may not have any meetings configured in my Primary ICB Card?

Going to be upgrading a MICS 7.0 to a 7.1. In the procedures it does not mention using a upgrade tool. Since they are the same release, would I just power down, remove the 7.0 software, plug in the 7.1 and power up?
