ELAN005 Error

Hi Folks-

Getting ELAN005 Error... CS10007.5 and CallPilot 5.0...on ELAN 16.

CallPilot CDN defined in switch, ACD queue and agents defined in switch, VSID/ELAN/ADAN defined in switch, CallPilot sever configured and defined; ip address, dsp ports, cdn, sdn etc...
CallPilot will not acquire the CDN...and the switch repeatedly prints out ELAN005
Can ping swicth to CP and vice versa.

In your host table in LD 117 you should see a Host name associated with your IP address by doing a PRINT HOST. In LD 117 do the command CHG ELNK ACTIVE and then your Host Name. An INI is also required to make it active. Check your MASK also by doing a PRINT MASK in LD 117.

Found my problem...Under the VAS cofig, the VSID was defined but not the ELAN value.
